Coaches Information:
Submitting Game Scores:
Please email your playoff game scores to [email protected] after your games are finished. You will not be able to submit scores on the Sports Connect websites. We will update the brackets online on Exposure Events the following morning. We ask that both teams submit the game score.
Home/Away Team:
The higher seed will be the home team. Each seed is displayed next to the team name on the schedule. Please disregard the Home/Away option on Exposure as it may not be accurate.
General Rules:
All RRVL regular season rules will be enforced unless stated below. These can be accessed by clicking here.
Time Limit:
The time limit will be enforced unless both teams are tied. Otherwise, follow the regular season RRVL rules for your respective age group. If a game is tied after regulation innings have been completed or you have passed the time limit, the “California” tie-breaker rule will go into effect. The last out in the previous inning will begin on 2nd base, and there will be one (1) out. This will continue until a winner is declared.
Infield/Outfield:
There will be no IO (infield/outfield practice) before games.
Pitch Counts:
Managers are responsible for planning pitching appearances, tracking pitch counts, and adhering to pitch counts and rest days. Please be diligent in tracking your team’s pitch count. The league office may request pitch count reports at any time.
