Make up Dates: Sunday, June 22 & Sunday, July 13

If a team experiences two or more canceled games due to snow, rain, or air quality between May 12 and May 29, the first tentative makeup date will be Sunday, June 22. If a team has two or more canceled games between June 2 and June 26, the second tentative makeup date will be Sunday, July 13.

• For ages 10-15U, any games played on June 22 will count toward playoff standings.
• For ages 10-15U, any games played on July 13 will not count toward playoff standings.
• No cancellations will be made up after June 27.

Examples:

• If your team has one rainout in May and one in June, no makeup games will be scheduled.
• If your team has two rainouts between May 12-29 and two more between June 2-26, makeup games will be scheduled for both June 22 and July 13.
• If your team has two rainouts between May 12-29 and none between June 2-26, your makeup date will be June 22 only, with no games on July 13.
• If your team has two rainouts between June 2-26 and none between May 12-29, your makeup date will be July 13 only, with no games on June 22.

Additional Notes:

• Games started but not finished due to weather do not count as rainouts.
• If your team is scheduled for a bye during a rainout, it does not count as a rainout for your team.
• Forfeited games do not count as rainouts.

If a make up date is needed on Sunday, June 22:
Ages 10-15U: All teams will be added to the schedule automatically. If you do not have enough players, a forfeit will be declared.
Ages 5-9U: Teams will be sent a google form. You must fill out this form to participate in the make up date.

If a make up date is needed on Sunday, July 13:
Ages 5-15U (All ages): Teams will be sent a google form. You must fill out this form to participate in the make up date.

The rainout schedule will aim to include one makeup game, ideally against the opponent from your second canceled game. However, this is not guaranteed, as schedules may change based on availability and other factors.
